Kenyan Pilau Rice Recipe

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2kg Beef
2 Onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
5cm Ginger, chopped
2 small Bay leaves
Salt to taste
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon Ground Pepper
2 cups Rice

Wash the beef and cut into chunks, add into a pan. Add one onion and 2 garlic cloves with the ginger. Add bay leaves, with a cup of water and some salt to taste.
