Miss Universe Ecuador Meets with First Lady to Support Social Project

Mara Topic Verduga, the current Miss Universe Ecuador, recently met with Lavinia Valbonesi, the first lady of Ecuador, to support her social project against violence against women and children. The meeting took place at the Guayaquil Country Club on Tuesday, August 20, where the ANA project was launched.
Through her social media, Topic shared a photograph with Valbonesi and expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to support the project. "Yesterday I had the honor of sharing a wonderful event with the First Lady of Ecuador @laviniavalbonesi_ where we strengthened our ties and our commitment to the projects that are transforming our country," she wrote.
The ANA project, led by Valbonesi, aims to bring hope, joy, and opportunities to every corner of Ecuador. Topic emphasized her commitment to supporting the project, saying, "We are working hard to reach every corner of Ecuador, bringing hope, joy and opportunities to every Ecuadorian."
The 29-year-old beauty queen also expressed her admiration for Valbonesi's work and announced her plans to collaborate with her on a social project. "I want to express my deepest gratitude to @laviniavalbonesi_ for her extraordinary ANA project, which has been an inspiration to all of us and with which I will soon join forces from my social project," she wrote.
Topic is currently fulfilling her schedule of events in the country, including a recent visit to Manta where she visited the Casa de la Mujer and gave out gifts. Her meeting with Valbonesi is part of her efforts to support social projects and make a positive impact on the lives of Ecuadorians.
