Sutlijash with cinnamon and walnuts
A creamy treat from childhood.
Ingredients:
(for 4 people)
– 150 g of rice
– 400 ml of water
- 1 pinch of salt
– 600 ml of milk
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 10 g of sugar

– cinnamon, ground walnuts
Preparation:
Add salt to the water and wait for it to boil, then add the rice. Cook on moderate heat for about eight minutes, or until most of the water has evaporated.
Then add hot milk, sugar and cook at a moderate temperature with constant stirring until the rice is cooked and thickened.
