Salsa
Serves: Makes 1 kilogram
Ingredients
1x Pams Chilli & Herb Tinned Tomatoes
1x Diced Tomatoes in Juice
¼ Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
½ Capsicum
½ Lime – juice
Pinch of White Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of Red Chilli Flakes
Method
Crush the garlic cloves, dice the onion and capsicum.
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse 2–3 times – until the salsa is your desired consistency.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or in sterilised food jars.
Serve with corn chips, vegetable sticks or homemade pita chips. Read More…
