Se og Hørs Reality Awards is fast approaching, and already on 16 September the stage is set for the award ceremony. The nominations for who can become “Programme presenter of the year” and “Newcomer of the year” have already been released.
And now come the nominations for this year’s romance – although not all of the nominees have kept their love alive.

Tonje Frigstad and Simon Tronstad
A sweet romance arose between “The Farm” participants Tonje Frigstad (22) and Simon Tronstad (24) in 2021, but the happiness was unfortunately short-lived for the couple. In March, Frigstad shared that they had gone their separate ways.
SHORT-TERM LUCK: Tonje Frigstad and Simon Tronstad Jacobsen’s luck broke, but they have nevertheless made it onto the nomination lists for the Reality Awards.
Me and Simon have decided not to be lovers anymore. There is nothing bad that has happened between us, but sometimes things don’t work quite as you would like”, was one of the things Frigstad wrote on Instagram.
