Frying Fat – Coconut oil or butter are both perfect for this recipe. Take your pick based on your dietary requirements or your taste preferences.

Optional Ingredients – Rum (or bourbon) and toasted coconut flakes are optional for this recipe, but 12/10 would recommend you use them.
