Naomi Campbell to open London Fashion Week with charity show
Naomi Campbell has revealed that she will kick off London Fashion Week with her Fashion for Relief show.
Naomi Campbell is one of Britain's biggest style icons, so it seems fitting that her latest project sees her kicking off London Fashion Week in February. The 44-year-old has revealed that she will once again be hosting a catwalk show as part of her Fashion For Relief charity, as well as an auction to help raise money to combat the Ebola crisis.
"I'm thrilled to return to London to open London Fashion Week for this very special cause close to my heart," said Naomi. "The Fashion For Relief show is an incredible event and this year we hope to raise more money than ever before. Raising awareness for Ebola and educating about its prevention is crucial to help prevent the spread of this deadly disease."
Designers including Givenchy, Versace, Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood, Stella McCartney, Marchesa and Balmain have all donated pieces for the catwalk presentation.
