S wants to introduce language requirements in preschool
The Social Democrats want all educators who work in preschools to be required to have a good language level. Employees in the preschool who lack sufficient language skills or relevant education must be given the opportunity to study Swedish or a nanny training during working hours, according to the proposal.
"Children who have attended Swedish preschool must meet the school with good language skills," says Finance Minister Mikael Damberg (S).
