Mermaid martini

Fresh blueberries, to serve
Mermaid cupcake decorations (see notes)
Pink and blue edible glitter, to decorate
2 tbsp blue curaçao liqueur
12 small ice cubes
400ml prosecco
160ml (2/3 cup) pink gin

Step 1
Thread blueberries onto the skewers of the mermaid decorations. Brush with a little water to dampen then dab with pink glitter.
Step 2
