How to improve or avoid constipation?

Nutritionist Yácomo Casas recommends the consumption of fruits, vegetables and other foods with fiber to solve this problem

We all suffer from constipation at one level or another, but women take the medal of honor, due to customs and reasons related to female hormones.

Foods like dragon fruit, high in fiber and vitamin C, help. Half a day is recommended.

In addition, we have fruits with a high concentration of sugar such as tamarind, plum, raisins and dried figs.

Probiotic or natural yogurt serves to restore the normal bacterial flora of the digestive system, making these bacteria contribute to digesting food better.
