Ham, corn and Swiss cheese quiches
These small quiches are just the right size for a lunch-time meal.
8 Ingredients
3 sheets frozen ready-rolled shortcrust pastry, thawed
75g ham, finely chopped
75g can corn kernels, drained
30g (1/4 cup) grated Swiss cheese
2 tsp chopped chives
3 eggs, lightly beaten
80ml (1/3 cup) cream
salt and cracked black pepper

Step 1
