Oil, for greasing pans
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
12 oz. beer (preferably lager)
4 1/2 oz. ham, cut into strips or small cubes (1 cup)
3 oz. Gruyère, coarsely grated (1 cup)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. thyme leaves, chopped
1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
