Dimash Headlined the EXIT Festival
Serbia witnessed an electrifying performance at the EXIT Festival in Novi Sad, as the event coincided with the celebration of Nikola Tesla's birthday, a tribute to the man who revolutionized the 20th century with his inventions. This largest festival in Southeastern Europe gathered an immense amount of creative energy on one stage, reflecting the innovative spirit of Tesla himself.
The EXIT Festival, held at the Petrovaradin Fortress—referred to as the "Gibraltar on the Danube"—is renowned for its unique location and historical significance. The fortress is one of Europe's best-preserved fortifications and today houses numerous art studios, restaurants, cafes, museums, and galleries, making it an ideal backdrop for such a culturally rich event.

EXIT has been a staple in the festival scene for over 20 years, consistently ranking among the top 10 festivals worldwide, as recognized by the British magazine DJ Mag. The festival's diverse lineup features major global music stars across various genres, offering attendees a vibrant mix of electronic beats, world dance hits, rap, trap, hip-hop, pop, and rock, ensuring an atmosphere of complete emotional freedom.
The festival's opening night was headlined by Kazakh singer Dimash Qudaibergen and Turkish DJ Burak Yeter, who is ranked among the top 100 DJs globally. A highlight of the evening was the performance of "Weekend," a collaboration between Dimash and Burak Yeter. The track received thunderous applause from thousands of festival-goers, marking a memorable start to the festival's festivities.
