Chicken suck

The soup is served very hot and cream cheese is added.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 large chicken

• 1 lemon

• 10 cups of water

• 2 stalks of leek garlic

• 3 medium onions cut in 2

• 2 cups of corn kernels

• 4 cups of potatoes cut into small cubes

• 10 cloves of crushed garlic

• 2 tablespoons of salt

• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

• 1 bunch of fresh coriander

• 1 large jar of white asparagus

• 1/2 kilo of semi-hard white cheese

• 1 1/2 cup of heavy cream

PREPARATION

The hen or chicken is cleaned, removing fat and undesirable parts. Rub it with the lemon, wash it under the tap and put it in a pot with the ten cups of water, the onions and the garlic joint. It is cooked over medium heat until we put the tip of a knife in the breast or in the thigh of the bird and it goes in easily (if it is chicken, it will soften much faster than chicken). Remove from heat, strain the broth into a clean pot and reserve the chicken or hen in a cool place until cool. With a ladle remove the fat from the surface.
