Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Get New Update to Kick Off May 2023
On May 1, Call of Duty developers released a new update to both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone 2, implementing new bug fixes and small changes to both games. According to the May 1 update patch notes, the developers fixed some issues regarding Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's Bundles adding tracers previous to them, scoreboard fixes regarding players experiencing flickering while in multiplayer matches, and more. The scoreboard issues were highlighted by Reddit users on the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 subreddit a while ago, as well as problems with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's weapon tuning feature after saving a custom blueprint, so chances are many players will be grateful for these improvements.
On Call of Duty: Warzone 2, the developers implemented several fixes to the game. Some bug fixes are regarding issues about the game's squad placement screen in Massive Resurgence crashes on the new Plunder game mode, a couple of problems on DMZ about free contraband weapons, and revive pistols being persistent even if players failed to extract the last match. Some players have been grateful about the Revive Pistol issues, as they believe it is a must-have when playing solo.
