Cachapas are one of the favorite breakfasts of Venezuelans, so don't think twice and prepare this Venezuelan classic. Best of all, it is a simple dish, as they are prepared with sweet corn, flour and egg, and then filled with fresh cheese. Come and try them!

2 cups corn kernel
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cups flour bread
1 teaspoon salt
butterfresh white cheese, in slices
Preparation
Blend the corn kernels, the egg, the milk, the PAN flour and the salt until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Booking.
