AVEX asks the national government to reduce export procedures
They also ask that Venezuela have access to the benefits of the General System of Preferences in the European Union
The Venezuelan Association of Exporters (AVEX) asked the National Executive to reduce the time and cost of procedures to compete in international markets.
The president of AVEX, Ramón Goyo, reported that they have already sent a request to the Vice Ministry of Foreign Trade, reported Unión Radio.
"We currently have a waiver with export permits based on legal regimes, that affects more than 50% of exports, that waiver expires in December. What we propose is that this type of regulation disappear, because in the countries with which we compete, these measures do not exist" he said.
Regarding trade with Spain and France, exporters estimate that it could close this year with positive figures. Read More…
