Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) share price jumped over three per cent on Friday. Adani Ports stocks were making hefty gains on both benchmark equity indexes - BSE and NSE.
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd through its subsidiary, the Adani Harbour Services Ltd, has entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of a 100 per cent stake in Ocean Sparkle Ltd.
Ocean Sparkle Ltd is India's leading third-party marine services provider.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) share price on BSE was up by 3.02 per cent or 25.65 points at Rs 875.65.
On the NSE, Adani Ports share price was up by 2.82 per cent or 23.95 points at Rs 874.45.
